This study aims to determine the effects and influence of audio visual media on students' speaking abilities at MTs Raudlatul Mu'alimin Darur Abror Bekasi in academic year 2024/2025. Written pre-test and post-test instruments were used to obtain data. This study utilized lecture and question-and-answer methods in the learning process. The population and sample consisted of class VIIA students as the control class and class VIIB students as the experimental class. Class VIIA (control) consisted of 21 students, and class VIIB (experimental) also consisted of 21 students. Data analysis used Analysis of Variance and the Shapiro-Wilk test. The results showed a statistically significant difference in the average English learning outcomes of students between the experimental and control classes. Based on the Independent-Samples T-Test on the post-test, the significance value (Sig.) was 0.000 (<0.05), and the calculated t-value of -9.960 was significantly greater than the t-table of 2.021. The average post-test score of the experimental class (92.23) was significantly higher than the average post-test score of the control class (79.71). Thus, it is concluded that learning using audio-visual media is more effective in influencing student learning outcomes than the lecture method
