Keywords:

This study aims to determine the effect of anime dubbing on students' speaking abilities at Mts Raudlatul Mu'alimin Darul Abror Bekasi. The method employed is quantitative, utilizing a quasi-experimental design that involves two groups: an experimental group and a control group, each comprising 21 participants. The experimental group underwent anime dubbing activities over four sessions, while the control group received conventional speaking lessons. The measurement tools were speaking tests and written tests, administered as pre-tests and post-tests. The results showed a statistically significant difference in the average English learning outcomes between the experimental and control classes. Based on the Independent T-Test on post-test scores (sig) of 0.002 (<0.05), since the significance level was <0.05, H0 was rejected, and H1 accepted. Therefore, it is concluded that learning using anime dubbing is more effective in improving students' learning outcomes compared to conventional methods
