An Analysis Moral Value on Indiana Jones Movie Series

This research explores the portrayal of moral values in the film Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, focusing on how these values are depicted through character development, narrative structures, and ethical dilemmas. This research aims to describe key moral values such as bravery, integrity, honesty, the pursuit of knowledge, and the battle between good and evil, and to analyze their relevance to character education. This research using qualitative content analysis, the study systematically examines 15 instances of moral values within the film, utilizing descriptive data, including images and character dialogues, to illustrate these values. The findings reveal that Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade offers a rich tapestry of ethical themes that are not only integral to the narrative but also serve as valuable sources for character education. These values, as presented in the film, can be applied to real-life situations, providing viewers with moral guidance and enhancing their understanding of ethical principles. This research contributes to the understanding of how films can be used as educational tools, particularly in the context of character education. By highlighting the moral values embedded in the film, this study offers insights into how media can influence and shape moral development
